flax seed...it works wonders, just talk to your doctor because people with at risk heart disease should not take it.

Hey,
If you have ever suffered with psoriasis you know the struggles of searching out relief. There are pricy over-the-counter products or prescription medications that may offer temporary relief. There are also quite a few natural cures for dealing with psoriasis.

Since he is ten, you have probably tried a bunch of stuff..here are some suggestions...
T-gel, T-tar shampoo, if you go to a Dr's office you can also ask for derma-smooth shampoo (it is a peanut base product), you leave this on over night 3X a week, their are also lusiq foam, clobetasole solution and the list just goes on..

Try soaking a towel in warm water and wrapping it around his head 20 min. before bed. then rub baby oil on scalp and comb back wards to loosen any dry skin. have him put on a shower cap when sleeping ( with babyoil on head) Have him wash his hair with PERT PLUS shampoo and conditioner in the morning do this every night, for first week or two and every other night there after.

Hope this helps.

Try Abba's Moisture Scentsation Shampoo and Conditioner. It is very soothing on the scalp and helps relieve itching.

Good luck!

If it is like cradle cap then butter would work the best. Just rub plain butter all over the head and into the scalp good.

wow, my best friend has the same problem, and when she was a teenager she went to the tanning bed, and it helped. I would ask your dr if that could help him, not stay in there long, but say you go for 20 min, get out 5 min early, and have him come in.
