Beavers, crustaceans, frogs, toads, insects, ducks, geese, herons, muskrats, deer, mountain lions, people, songbirds, and squirrels to name just a few. Some of these animals only go to the water to drink and don't actually live in the water like the river otter does. Hope that helps. They live in the river systems of North America and the United States, if that helps any.

I would say a Nutria Rat-but I could be wrong. It lives on the river in the southern states and has the same type of environment. It gets huge like a otter too. Good luck!
