There are books of knock-knock jokes available. Most are fairly inexpensive too.

There are also a variety of joke sites on the 'net, but many of them contain adult material also. The site below has some good, age appropriate knock-knocks, but definitely take the time to lost the advertising on the site, or else memorize them yourself and tell them to your daughter.
