Tyson is more technical, and way stronger, but Ali was faster, and a more intellegent fighter. If they were to fight, Ali would have a 3''-4'' reach advantage and about 3 1/2'' advantage in height on Tyson and he would have found a way to expoit that and out point him. I don't think he would knock him out, but would win 7-8 rounds out of 10. I think Ali would pepper him to death. Stick and move, use a jab to find range and stay on the outside to Tyson's left to stay away from his 2.

Of course when you have devastating power like Tyson, you ALWAYS have a punchers chance, but outside of catching Ali with a big shot, I don't think Tyson would win. Ali would never let him get a clean shot.

Ali's punch is equal to if not more powerful than tyson and he is faster by far and has better footwork. Ali roll over tyson like rocky would eat a 2 year old

Ali. I see this as something similar to the "Rumble in the Jungle", only moreso. Tyson is and always has been easily offended and angered in the ring, and there has never been a boxer so good at getting his opponent worked up and out of his game as Tyson. Tyson would come charging at him, and Ali would just dance, send him by, and drill him. By the end of the fight, Tyson would be like Foreman- exhausted, frustrated, confused, and KO'd.

If it was trying to put the guys nose through the back of his head it was Tyson. If it was trying to be the best heavyweight of all time against any other, it was Ali. If they fought Ali would win by disqualification. Ali always seemed to be in control as long as he was able. In their prime Tyson would be so frustrated trying to hit Ali, I could see him pulling another stunt like he did with Holyfield.

The Ali when he was Cassius Clay would have beaten the brakes off of Tyson and Frazier but as Ali it may have been the same results as with Frazier. A much better fight would be Clay and Jack Johnson.

If they fought, each in their prime, it would be a fight very similar to the Ali-Frazier fights. Frazier beat Ali in one of their three fights and the other two were very close battles.

Overall I'd give Ali a slight edge.
