My hair is very thin. What are some ways to help my hair get thicker and healthier? I like to straighten my hair a lot, does that effect my hair a lot? What kind of shampoo can help me? Please help.

Nioxin is a good product for fine or thin hair. Try the kit, it's a shampoo, conditioner and scalp treatment. You can only get in salons. It works by plumping up the hair shaft a bit, making your hair seem thicker. As far as straightening your hair, just be sure to use a thermal protector. If you can, try washing your hair every other day. It will cut down on some of the damage from blow drying and straightening daily, and your roots seem thicker on day 2.

thin hair doesnt mean you have unhealthy hair...it's jus the ways the genes in your body that tell them to produce them that way... um..if you want a thicker appearance to your hair..you can use volumizing shampoo to lift the hair from the roots to seem like your hair looks very full.. if there was a shampoo out there i would get it too but im soo srry there is none..

Your hair can never be thicker unless you put in extensions.
there is no miracle shampoo or cream.
sorry!
and yes, flatironing your hair definatly damages it,use biosilk,or something like it to prevent breakage and to moisturize it.
