There is this girl. We hang out every night for the past two weeks. I told her 2 weeks ago that I had feelings for her. She told me that she was 90% sure about her feelings for me. Well what about the other 10%, is it doubt or afraid of taking a risk since we are good friends. Well ever since I told her how I feel about her we have been together everyday more than we are with anyone else. There was this guy that she talks to and hangs out with every once in a while. She had sex with him about 3 weeks ago. A few days before I told her how I felt about her. She said that she doesnt like him anymore and that she doesnt want to do anything until she is not talking to him anymore. I have not tried to kiss her because I feel i have put the ball in her court and she has not done anything but hang out with me everyday. Does it sound like she likes me? its very confusing. Should i pull back or should I be aggressive and kiss her? what do I do/?

Yes dude, I think she does like you, WIthout a doubt.
THe fact that she has continued to hang out with you even after you have told her that you like her is a very good sign.
Your considering kissing her, Oh heck that's an easy one,
YES go for it, If she was offended by that it would be bizarre,
I mean she just had sex with some other dude, She only hangs out woth him every once ain a while and that was good enough for a sellout to her.

Girls do not spend everyday with guys they don't like. It's real obvious she likes you. You're opinion about the other 10% is probably right. Sometimes girls leave it to the guys to make the initial move. If you're not sure, just start slow. Put a little more power behind that ball and see how she reacts. And if you're wondering, "By what do you mean, Amanda?"
1. Be nurturing. In past relationships, if your gf had something on her face or in her hair, you'd remove it, right? It's kind of like an understatement of keeping her together.
2. Pay for stuff. I don't mean buy her an xbox 360 or anything, but if you guys grab something to eat, just say, "Don't worry, I got it." It'll get you into the couple thing.
3. Sing to her. (no joke) unless you can't carry a tune in a 5 gallon bucket then dance with her instead. Nothing fancy. Just do it just because. If the song is a little ahead of you, just mention, "This could be you one day." What can I say, girls like the mushy stuff.
The easiest way to figure out if a girl likes you is how she acts. Girls that are interested simulate girlfriend behavior within boundaries.

Maybe asking her first if she'd like to be more than friends would be a good idea, if you're gonna kiss her just try and suss out how she'll react...maybe give her a playful peck on the cheek first and see how it goes or something.

She may just need some space. Especially if she is just getting over this other guy or still hung up on him. She could be just as confused as you!
I would take your cues from her. Or, you could always trying talking to her about it calmly. I know it's putting yourself out there, but it is a way to get at the truth.

I would kiss her or tell her how you feel i mean if you dont make the first more she might feel like you dont like her and stop hanging out with you or somthing make the move before somone else does

If she slept w/another guy right after you told her how you feel about her, and she knows that you know, then she is probably a little ashamed and doesn't know how you feel about it. How do you feel? If you still want to be w/her, then TELL her and do it. Stop pussy-footing around.

Well you should let this simmer down for a little bit tell her if she needs time you will wait. Dont push the problem.

like suprise her with a good movie,
and popcorn or something,
and then kiss her,
you can't think about it,
you have to just do it!
