Does anyone know any free software I can download to design a tower and load test it?

I'm in Science Olympiad and I need some software to test some designs for the "tower building" event. Is there something similar to the "West Point Bridge Designer" for towers?

Cadre Lite is a free finite element software package that is very nice. It's free also.
