Hi there, I'm part way through reading BFFM and after having read/tried every diet under the sun - I've lost 25kg through sensible diet and exercise but have been plateaued for months so now want to focus on fat loss.
I really like the sound of BFFM and am committed to doing it as close to the letter as possible for 12 weeks starting as soon as I finish reading it! Is anyone wanting to committ to it also and be email training buddies?
Also interested to hear success stories and any advise on this program - thanks
