It's quite literal. You kiss and cuddle them until they stop crying. Sounds soothing eh?

Hmm...I can imagine both a really really sweet person doing this, as well as a total player! So I guess the meaning depends on the individual. But overall, it seems a pretty intimate thing to do.

i say that all the time to my woman when she is sad or crying i would say to her i will Kiss your tears away meaning i guess making her better so she or he isnt her

typically, he does not care. yet he cares a lot about you that he can't stand to ascertain you bullied. he's attempting to assert "i might want to in no way care about a wuss" in part because this is typically real, and in part to inspire you to adhere up for your self because he's conscious he can't consistently be there. you should call him and ask him for help for growing to be a backbone. he will extremely appreciate you for that.

It usually means that they are there for you and they'll help your problems go away so that you wont ever have to cry about anything.
