Try these websites for links to breeders in Missouri & for links to breeders who claim that their toy poodles are teacup size - though you may need to be doubly careful who you buy from to ensure a healthy puppy, especially as I'd heard that responsible poodle breeders do not generally in favour of really tiny, pocket or teacup dogs :

Stay away from teacup breeders. They are nothing but Trolls breeding crap dogs.
