and have you seen that miracle in that persons life? have you ever felt like you were fighting against the power of darkness for someone you loved so that can be free of whatever that was holding them captive to a certain sin?

My spirit has been called to spirit the world to fight. Once I stopped an assassination attempt at a Peace Confence of a bunch of Worlds.
And once fought some warriors and won. And some wizard had to give me a shining blue stone.
The last time, I was getting ready to lead an army into battle. I turned and it was an army of white rats!
I also have fought demons.
Make of it what you will.

Yes I have. It is one of the hardest things to ever endure. My ex-girlfriend is running as far from god as she can get. The closer I got to the lord and tried to get her to realize that she wasn't living her life right the more we fell apart. I loved her more than anything and the life she wanted to live made her treat me terribly. No matter what she did or said I always prayed for her and still do. It really hurts when its someone you love and watch evil take a stronghold in their life.

Yes. I prayed for years that my dad would allow Jesus to save him and that he would quit doing the bad things he did.
I know God was listening, but my dad thought it was so much fun to cheat on my mom and stay drunk all the time that my dad kept it all up until he drank himself to death.
I don't blame God, and I try to not blame my dad. I blame satan himself for fooling my dad and so many other people into thinking their short term fun will bring them lasting happiness.
The older I get the more I see that the bible is right when it says there is pleasure in sin, but only for a short time. Real lasting pleasure is only found when we try to live like god asked us to.
I thank God that He loves us enough to tell us.

No. If someone I love is in trouble, I battle up close and in person, and I leave the supernatural out of it. I battle sickness with medicine, insanity with psychology, addiction with intervention and treatment. I battle as a human being against human problems, and I expect the person I love to be willing to fight too. If he/she isn't, there is nothing I can do except continue to love them, but stop battling whatever it is.

fought those battles, yes - i've only had to fight for myself ----- the fight was over the light and dark within myself - both sides won (as they always do...) the gift i was given was the truth about the nature of being --- and from what i've learned, there is no sin...
insofar as others are concerned; there are spirit guardians that do this work for them

My mother is going through this right now in the worst way. She carries a lot of anger, she has lost her son to a drug overdose, and is drinking heavily. I'm hoping my prayers for her are working to help her through it all. I'm scared for her and my dad, who has to live with it.

Hehe, yup.
A friend of mine was possessed by several demons at one point, and I battled with prayer and scripture to help get rid of them, I was successful in banishing one :)

I dont think christians realize what they are doing when they pray for people, especially when they call it a *spiritual battle* it makes them look really bad.
