yes tahst perfectly normal ! in todays techhnological world this is something that happens everyday to hundres maye even thousnads of people. If ur shy its even betetr because you dont need 2 worry about being to shy ! if he says yes wich then ull need 2 arange a day and a plcae were to meet. and if people say girls shouldnt ask out guys theer wrong! most girls are just 2 shy ! just make sure to star of a causual convrsation! good luck

It's okay for a woman to ask a guy out because we know they are shy when it comes to that. As long as they asked the questions. Now for a guy to do that, well that would be lame.

Its comepletely alright, but if you can do it in person it'd be better. Its not that thrilling to look back on your relationship if it gets serious and remember that you asked him out over the phone.

i guess its ok but its kinda wierd and he might say no cause he thinks u r to shy to ask him ur self so i would ask him out personaly
