Rome. Florence is a close second, and Venice is third. And remember, Vatican City is NOT in Italy! It's the smallest country in the world.

Well.. if you have a short time to spend in Italy you should see: Rome (the most beautiful city of Italy.. you won't forget it!) and Tuscany (with Florence, Pisa and Siena)!
...if I wasn't Italian I'd visit at first these cities... they're unforgettable!

milan if you love fashion
venice is quite amazing....exciting, i'm not sure but definitely something to see...
