My man has a weird pattern - every a few days he goes into a strange state when he breaks up with me, saying that he hates me, wants me out of his life etc. And later he feels sorry, apologizes sincerely and makes up again. And so on. What can I do? Is it some known psychological disorder?

You tell him that you don't want to be repeatedly hurt anymore and that you never want to see him again. It's very cruel to do what he's doing so you need to let him know how cruel he's being.
He's also being very selfish--so tell him to stow his massive ego or take a permanent hike.

Yes I met Girls in my area and most of them were different than what I expected. There personality were not the same in real life. However Keep searching The right one is there looking for you. well i have a lil cuz hes 22 and he does the same thing with his girl and he has a depression issue and a few other mental problems there is some underlying issues might not be mental might just be he is uncertain of where things are going or how he fills for you DONT ask him it will make things worse just give him some room and take a short split and let it go where it may

It sounds like he is bi-polar...and that is a psycological disorder...but I am not a doctor.....and there is nothing you can really do....He needs to see a doctor and get on some meds if that is the case....But I would seriously, think about not staying with him...unless he gets help.

the disorder is called immaturity.this guy does not know what he wants or is looking for a new girl friend but is holding on to you until he finds someone that he wants to date then your gone....Street him,life is too short
