of course. no boy asks that to your cousin without intentions of asking you out or hooking up with you. you know how boys can be. they get nervouse and ancious which is probably y he keeps asking you if you have a boyfriend. this time just make your self availible. let him know it. but dont try to hard or you will seem desperate. make him notice you. don't woory things have a way of working themselves out.
