Nowadays i will go outdoor and exercise, but after sometimes, my hand and leg nerves are popping out and can be seen on the skin surface! So how to make the nerves 'submerge' back to skin?

What i mean by popping out is that the nerves emerge from below the skin and it can be seen visible on the skin. Just like those muscle competition where the competitors have their nerves visible on their skin..

Dear Madame,
You are delusional. Your nerves do NOT "pop out" of your skin. If this were the case, you would feel excruciating sensations as a result of (1) temperature differential, (2) air-flow, and (3) contact with outside sources.
Perhaps psychiatric help would be more appropriate. Crazy.

You mean VEINS and CAPILLARIES? If your veins are enlarged and appear to be throbbing or just swollen a little after a workout, it is an indication that your heart and cardiovascular system is working a little harder to provide oxygen to your cells. Once you calm back down and have a normal resting heart rate, you should notice a decrease in the appearance.
However, if you see small red and sometimes bluish capillaries (the really small ones) appear on your legs with no change whether or not you're exerting a lot of energy, this is referred to as "spider veins" and can actually be eliminated with a minor cosmetic procedure. Larger veins that protrude all the time are called vericose veins and may actually require supervision of a physician and/or surgery. The difference is these do not go away with a change in physical activity. Good luck!

I am not quite sure what to do, but i think maybe you should just relax after you exercise or run. Take a bath or do yoga or take a nap. Maybe the nerves are popping out because of the high exercise level???

Those aren't your nerves stupid. They are your blood vessels. As you execise, more blood needs to go to your muscles, thus, more blood traveling at the same time. Also, when you exercise, your muscles (even the ones you aren't using) are contracting. So, the best way to make your BLOOD VESSELS go "back in", is to relax.

You cant see nerves. They are vessels, and dilate with exercise and heat. They return to normal when you are cooled down

you need to make sure you stretch before AND after. When you come back in warm your legs by stretching and rub them down with a good lotion.
