it depends on how tall you are but if you do calculate that you are a tad bit overweight then i say deal with it now and lose the weight. 5 years ago i weighed 150 and i just thought that i could lose my weight when i wanted and that i didn't have to deal with it right now. well now i gained 50 more pounds and am struggling to lose all this weight. don't procrastinate!!!

well that depends how tall are you??? you should look up your bmi... which is an average "sort of" of your height with your weight you can look up using the yahoo search engine and you then can calculate your answer and then look at a chart made for your gender and age range to see if you are under weight, over weight, or where you need to be.

Depends on how tall you are. If you are 4' 6", then yes. If you are 5' 11" then no.

Go onto a website to determine your BMI, you can search google.. It tells you if you need to lose weight depending on your height && weight..

It depends how tall you are. if you are around 5'10" to 6'00" then no, but if your shorter maybe a little and taller you may want to gain weight
