Usually Vinegar and Oil based dressings are best...but the main thing is you have to use it in moderation.

I'm a nurse and a vegan. I think making your own is best. I use low fat if I was to buy any or if dining out. Vinegar is the best, but it's a personal taste. I would find something low fat and use it in moderation.

Any dressing with real olive oil in it, but you have to make sure it says virgin olive oil.
