you need to talk to her more then,
leave some clues that you like her,
just don't make it too obvious,
and just be yourself,
you should never ever change for a girl,
girls just want you to be who you are and nothing more.
If she doesn't like you for who you are,
then she's not worth it.

Quit looking. It will happen. And sometimes personality changes one's perception of "how" a person looks. Keep that in mind. Some of the best looking guys are the biggest asses on the block.

Flirt with her. Have a good sense of humor. Girls like that. And if you're decent looking and you have a good personality, then you shouldn't have a problem.
