i want like professional photography..outdoor photography magazines!! but i mean free! no cost..and by mail :)

You can see quite a bit of Popular Photography and American Photo online. Go to http://www.popphoto.com and you'll find both of them. It's not like having the real thing in front of you, but it's a start. I agree with WellTraveledProg that $15 a year is practically free, anyhow.
Or - go to your local library. They probably take at least one decent photo magazine.

The absolute best magazine for professional photographers - every type of photography you can think of - is Rangefinder Magazine. And, yes, Weenie it is FREE. Paid for by advertisers and sponsors. Here's the link http://www.rangefindermag.com/subscribe/
I have been receiving this magazine for almost 30 years. I can't recommend it more highly.

To get these by mail, you have to pay for them.
If you're very much into photography, it's worth it -- Popular Photography is only about $15 a year.
