No one who does hurtful things to someone loves that someone. If this guy loved you, he'd consider your feelings and show you respect. Nothing you've said indicates that that is the case. I think you should find a better man. This guy is NOT for you.

many people will tell you he probably doesn't really love you.
what I think is: probably Yes.
let's put it this way:
let say if he love you but he does whatever he want. then his defintion of love, appereancely is not same as you and like most of us. because he has no consieration of how you feel.
SO THE KEY IS:
CAN YOU TOLERATE THAT????
if you could?
HOW LONG CAN YOU TOLERATE THAT?
there are many fish in the ocean, why love and attached to the man that doesn't cherish you and doesn't care for you.
you desire someone better.
sometimes letting goes will get something more vaule.
you love but love with standard. unconditionally should be given to those who deserve it ( I mean romantically)
Love yourself first and realized that if he doesn't cherish you, you got more important thing in your life than him.
I know this sound bit too honest. and you probably not going to move on right the way, but true love will show. just matter of time.
so it just now or later, or long long time later on in the future that you will realized you have already move on him.
but if you want, give him a chance, let him know how you feel see what he react.

He may love you but if he gets away with his behavior he will continue to do it. You need to have a talk with him and see if he wants you or to be out all the time.

Maybe, maybe not...everybody needs their personal space and some need more than others. The better question is how does he treat you when he is with you? If he is geniune with you, you should be able to tell if he loves you or not. If you are doubting it, maybe he's up to no good when he's not with you.

They say, "If you love them set them free." No one wants to be smothered give him room. He is the only one who can know if he loves you or not, but you should feel it inside.
