i just told her that i really do like her and the way that she responded to it was, im not really sure but i think she does like me, but when i asked her how she feels about me she said she couldn't tell me because shes a girl. she said "i cant tell you that , im a girl". is this a good thing or bad?

Tell her that since you told her how you feel it's only fair that she tell you how she feels. There is NOTHING that should keep a girl from telling you how she feels unless she just doesn't want to.

She might just be immature or too shy to open up to you. On the other hand, she maybe trying to repel you this way, if she doesn't like you. If that's true, then I'd say that she 's arrogant and she doesn't deserve you...
