I've had the apartment complex notify them about leaving her outside constantly, What can I do to get her to look healthy again. She's thin and looks like skeleton. Help!!!

have them eat two meals of 2 cups of dog food a day, and let her run around some, give her shelter when she's out in the rain, boxers hate the rain, i would know, i have one. also, play with her and if these conditions continue talk to a vet about it, because dogs are almost like people, and they deserve such respect.

Most people DO leave large dogs outside all the time without any incidents. If your telling us that the dog has no shelter of any kind during the rain and/or cold and he has no food and/or water all the time then you need to contact the SPCA/animal control in your area. They will come out and check the situation, and if they detect any problems then they will give the owner a warning and a time limit to get all health issues addressed.
Then when they come back out to check, if the owner of the dog has NOT complied with all the stipulations then they will ask the owner to sign away his rights to the animal. If the owner wont do that then the animal control can ask the courts to take the animal away from its owner and it will be cared for and gotten healthy enough to be adopted out to a loving family.

She probably has tape worms. These are gotten from eating a part of a rabbit, squirrel. mouse or any animal in the wild.

Give her Pet Tabs as a vitamin and get an oral tapeworm med for her. The tapeworm lodges in the animals intestine and eats the food you feed the dog, so the dog gets no nourishment from food it eats.

Sometimes dogs stop eating and die of depression. I know it sounds weird but it's true. The dogs owner is cruel in letting her stay out in the rain. About this you can do one of 2 things: either buy her a doghouse and hope they don't abuse her any other way, or call the Humane Society or the SPCA and see if they can find her a foster home until someone wants to adopt her.

Thank you for caring.

Give her a good puppy food like Iams. It has a good balance of nutrients that she is probably lacking. Why don't you take her in and love her and feed her? What a shame to leave the poor pup outside. Shame on them, and if you call animal humane center, they may not have room for her and put her down. But you could ask first and then report them. She needs puppy food and love and probably a Vet check to see if she has worms and shots. Good luck and give her a kiss for me.

You MUST report this to the authorities immediately. This dog is in danger. These people are breaking the law and putting an innocent animal at risk. You would contact the police if this was a child-do this for the dog as well.

Boxers tend to look a little thin even through they are in good shape. Your best bet if you really want to get involved is to offer to adopt her and take care of her yourself.

Thick dog food. Ask an animal specialists at Petsmart or Petco.
It is not healthy or a good habit, but you could feed her people food just until she gets big enough, that gets them pretty stuffed.
