If you dropped a coin-filled bucket and they didn't tumble out, you could kill several people, if they happened to be standing where the bucket landed.
If you poured out the coins from the bucket one at a time, they wouldn't kill anyone. A penny's total mass is not sufficient to perforate human skin - let alone penetrate concrete or asphalt

No one, the coins won't kill anyone, just hurt. It's the people down there who will kill each other for the coins. And that's the world we live in.

probably nobody.. it's an urban legend that a coin dropped from the empire state building would go down into the concrete.. quarters might be heavy enough to kill someone, but I doubt it.. I'm sure it'd hurt like hell though.. :p

None; coins are the wrong shape and mass to do much more than hurt. The Mythbusters guys even used a rifle to shoot one guy's hand with a penny, and all it did was sting.
Myth busted.

none because they have a guard around it.
I remember hearing before they did though that a penny would go right into the concrete, so a bucketfull could kill a crowd like a bomb would.
( I kind of doubt the penny story myself however)
