Does it seem like they don't have to use any products and they will be able to have the "perfect" hair?

Not necessarily, being Asian I find that almost insulting. How about paying $400 just to tame some out of control hair? No matter what sort of hair, "straight" hair is never actually perfectly straight unless permed. Straight Asian hair is no different from straight blond or brown hair, being as none of them are perfectly straight. Most Asians do a great deal of work to get their hair the way they want. Besides, people always want hair that they don't have. You may want straight hair but Asians who always have straight hair usually want curly hair. In that case, Asians go through just as much trouble as anybody else to have satisfactory hair.

I am Asian, and i admit that i am blessed with great hair. Great but not perfect. I have straight, soft, and glossy hair. The problem with this hair type is that it is extremely "stubborn". It's hard to colour and curl. Besides, it gets really greasy and flat too. But not all Asian hair are great. Some can have frizzy hair, thinning hair, split-ends, etc. It's a lie that we don't use any products on it. We need our serums, mousse, hairspray, hair mask, hot oil and conditioner (just to name a few in my bathroom) to enhance our hair condition too! :)

not really. i dont think anyone has "perfect" hair. even fi they do have what you think is perfect, they might not think that maybe they like something different. i am asian, i have lightish brown skin, black hair which is quite curly. i straighten my hair everyday though or i leave it natural which luckily doesnt look to bad as it isnt frizzy, just curly. also i am colouring it tomorrow to a dark brown. some of my friends love my hair. but thing is i dont. i'd much rather have straight brown hair.

so it really depends on what you think is "perfect". i'm not saying im not happy with my hair, but yeah i dont think its perfect, its ok.

I do think Asians have nice straight hair for the girls. However if you talk about straight hair I think Asians have nice hair and people with English blood usually have simalar hair. I think go for whatever hairstyle you like at times some people want straight sleek hair or curls.

NO! take it from an asian :)

most people get "magic straight" which is basically a straight perm type thing (to make it easier to understand)

once the magic straight starts to "wear off" their hair will get kinda frizzy/ not as straightt

plus, the "style" of haircut they get might make it seem thinner and easier to manage then other haircuts

yeah, if it makes you feel any better. my hair is thick and annoying, but has a lot volume and body xD

I'm Asian, and let me tell you: my hair is definitely manageable, but not perfect. I have noticed, however, that it's hard to find other fellow Asians experiencing bad hair days.

I work with alot of various races such as korean, thai, japanese, etc. I have seen them with 'bad' hair days i guess you could say but you may think they have 'perfect' hair because thats the style you prefer. Their straight hair is natural to them. Its genetic. Just like every other race have their hair type. And I know alot do use straighteners on their hair.

I find most Asian people have straight black hair... that's not really perfect hair in my book.

I have coarse, straight, "black" Asian hair. There's also no such thing as black hair in nature. Even Asian hair only has 1% of black melamin. Falls back into place because it doesn't move as well as caucasian hair. Well kept hair is always perfect whether caucasian, mongoloid or *******/congoid.
