Put it on a grate, so it's not sitting in the grease in the pan.

Bake on a rack covered w/ aluminum foil and poke slits in the foil to allow grease and juices to drain to a pan below.

Bake on a nonstick rack or spray reg rack with oil and do not turn b/c you will loose some of the coating.

lay it on foil that you have crumbled into a wad. then flatten it out a little so it has hills and valleys.
then lay the chicken on it and cook
