Fast weight loss is the devil. From a medical standpoint if you take off more than 2 or 3 pounds a week the odds of you putting the weight back on at some point skyrocket. The good news is that 15 by June is very easily obtained.
Eat all the lean meat you want (low fat beef, turkey, lean chicken)
eat all the fruits/veggies you want
get some lowfat dairy daily
make sure your fats are healthy fats (like in unsalted nuts or olive oil or fish)
eat fish, the fats in it are super heatlhy (omega-3s for the win)
when you eat grains/bread make it whole wheat

Well exercise can be a few things, walking with a friend or taking the stairs instead of elevator counts too. If you don't like the gym, try just doing some at home. You don't want to be thin and not tone, right? Start with easy exercise and see if you can find something you like.
Eat healthy, fish, chicken & lean meats with veggies for dinner or salads with low fat dressing, eat less fat and sugar. No sodas, drink water or something like Propel. You can always find healthy meals/recipes online. Eating healthy is actually cheaper than unhealthy! Veggies are inexpensive - so is fruit.

eliminate sugar and fat from your diet. Eat only healthy carbs, but mainly eat veggies and the meat of your choice (too much red meat is not good for you)... remember, this is not the Atkins's diet, you're not clogging your arteries with fat. Don't eat after 7 PM. Eat at least 4-5 small portions of food every day to keep up your metabolism. Don't eat fatty dairies such as ice cream, creams, high fat milk, cheese, creamy salad dressings... stick to olive oil and vinegar or lemon juice for salad dressings. Also, remember that you may eat something that's non fat, but high in sugar. If you wanna eat eggs just eat the egg white. Read the labels... I know this is hard to maintain but it's the healthiest diet for loosing weight without exercising.

Try eating smaller meals every 3 hours-it boosts your metabolism and it burns quickly. Being a full-time college student I pack snacks in my bag like reduced fat popcorn, crackers, granola bars, etc.

drink lots of water, eat healthier and just move around alot even if you are sitting you can work out your legs or if you are standing try moving side to side. I have 3 children and I lost most of my wieght by doing just that!
