I get comments on my butt all the time, its high up on my fram and a little of a bubble shape...
or it used to be. During the week of christmas I gained maybe two pounds so its not from losing weight, but my butt's shape is longating so it looks flatter rather then pushed up and curvy. Where'd it go? Are the excercises I can do to get back the round shape?

Girl!!! I asked a very similar question... You can do squats and lunges to help your butt out... and if your into weight training squats with a weight bar is very helpful!!! But also know, even with you gaining a little weight, make sure to still do any exercises that suite your need because you don't want a flabby butt!!!

deep squats (or leg presses) with the legs at least shoulder width or slightly more. lunges and stiff legged deadlifts and leg curls. some sprinting wouldn't hurt either...
