1. Walk 30-45min each day at a fast pace.
2. Eat mostly high fiber, healthy foods... Lean, broiled chicken, Broccoli steamed with just a bit of salt and lemon, other green, leafy veg, Light yogurt, nonfat milk. High fiber foods fill you up and have less calories per serving. I can eat a whole bowl of steamed Brussel sprouts with a little lowcal butter and salt and feel like i've eaten Thanksgiving dinner!!! Vegetable drinks, like low sodium V-8, and broth based soups are also filling and lower in calories. Also eat fruit, but limit somewhat because of the sugars: Eat blueberries, strawberries, apples, pears- all fresh, don't add anything. No banannas.
3. Eliminate all processed foods. Also eliminate all starches. Allow VERY SMALL amounts of whole grain carbs such as brown rice, whole wheat pasta.
4. Drink lots of water to feel fuller and aid metabolism.
5. Do a muscle-working cardio program such as Body Pump. It involves strength training and aerobics ( a double bonus).
6. Take certain supplements such as a B-complex, Flaxseed oil, Omega Fish Oil, Coenzyme Q10, CLA (conjugated linoic acid), ALA (Alpha Lipoic Acid), and vitamin C.
7. Reduce stress through breathing and meditation... breath through your stomach muscles not chest muscles.. practice this. It will destress you. Meditate if you can. Reduce any stress you can.
8. Do not drink ANY alcohol. Even the oh-so-healthy wine (booo hooo!). Alcohol is like eating white sugar out of the bag to your pancreas. Yes, wine has anti-oxidants. But so do veggies. Wine will give you a Buddha Belly! You can restart in moderation after weight loss.
Above all, do not succumb to fad or short term solutions. They usually do not work and hurt your health. If you stick totally to this, you will lose weight. If you don't, consult a dr. to see if you could have a metabolic disorder.

Only drink water, diet pops, eat celery, brocolli,cucumber, lettuces,califlower and exercise.
But Exercise is highly overrated though. Exercise is important for cardio fitness but to lose weight it has little effect. Changing your diet is the most important thing.
Only eat 'negative calorie' foods. Do a search for such foods.
