i had some of this in the fridge.its been there for about 2 weeks.
i microwaved it for 2 minutes but its really hard now & pretty much unedible.
whats the best way to save this so i can eat it later??

Refrigeration causes breads to go stale faster. Freeze bread to eat later.

assuming that the rest of the pizza bread wasn't cooked than you can probably save the rest of it by sealing it in a zip lock bag make sure to put a due date on it for garbage the next week but it shouldn't spoil if you keep it a reasonable humidity level remember that yeast if it was made homemade likes it to be relatively warm "lukewarm" so keep it between the range of 48 - 59 degrees fahrenheit

You really should eat it right away. If you aren't going to eat it right away, then freeze it in a large zipper bag, press as much air out as you can and zip it up.
