What Celtic16 wrote, "yes, as long as u didn't kill him", is very true. Here's the Canon Law:

Can. 1090 §1. Anyone who with a view to entering marriage with a certain person has brought about the death of that person’s spouse or of one’s own spouse invalidly attempts this marriage.

§2. Those who have brought about the death of a spouse by mutual physical or moral cooperation also invalidly attempt a marriage together.

Of course. And even if you are divorced, if you didn't marry the first time with the catholic rites, if you remarry you can do it at church.

Yes you may remarry as DEATH HAS PARTED YOU. Your new spouse needs to be Catholic, though. :-) Good luck!

Yes, absolutely. The Code of Canon law states:

Can. 1141 A marriage that is ratum et consummatum can be dissolved by no human power and by no cause, except death.

This simply means that a valid, consumated marriage can only be "ended" by death.

Of course it is. The marriage vows clearly state, "until death do us part". Therefore when one of the spouses dies, the other is unmarried.
