Go to a professional(Salon) where you get your hair cut, they also will thin your eyebrows. They'll use Bees Wax and strips.
Make sure you aren't going to school or out on a date after, your brows will be slightly red. The first time is a little rough. But the end result is normally worth it.

I think it's good you want to take care of your looks. I just warn you, if you start to pluck or wax, you'll have to maintain your brows WEEKLY, and if you don't pluck for a while it's obvious when they start to grow back and trust me, guys and girls at school will notice and make fun of you, call you gay, etc. Are you sure your brows are too big? Ask your mom and people who will give honest opinions. Big brows are in right now (for chicks anyway). Have people made fun of them before? Strong brows aren't always bad. What is bad is a unibrow, so if you have one of those i encourage you to pluck no matter what, like no one will think it's weird for a guy to get rid of his unibrow. Just be careful with your brows, once you start you can't really stop, it's kinda like dyeing hair.. there is no in-between.

Get them threded, just call around to your beauty salons and ask if they have this service, waxing is to girly, i think it gives it to much of a shape when you wax....
Threading cleans them out and that is what you need, just a clean up!

Okay, well since your a guy you obviously don't want them to get waxed. Since I'm a girl (Obviously) I hate tweezers. Now I use this electric shaver, you can't get any cuts by it, its completely pain-free, and they're dirt cheap, I suggest using one.

Go to a salon or barber and get them trimmed. Take a good look at what they're doing and after that you can do it at home.

You'd have to get them waxed or arched but i advise waxing because arching has nubs

wax or pluck. NEVER SHAVE THEM!!! just think of what would happen if you made a mistake!
