i'm good looking(as concieted as that sounds) and i have a good, fun-loving personality. i'll see guys looking at me but they never come over and introduce themselves. why?

I know how you feel , we'll I had someone tell me that he wanted to ask me out a long time ago, but he said that I was so pretty he did not think I would say yes , he was wrong , and now it is to late ....... Try not to look concieted , you might have to look needed , as silly as that sounds , hahaha

Beauty empowers women. This empowerment can push the "nice" guys away. They automatically see you as unapproachable and at worse a bitchy primadonna. This usually ends in beautiful women getting approached by players and jerks then ending up complaining how they never meet nice guys; that all men are dogs, etc.
Don't get me wrong. Be beautiful.
If you like a guy, show some interest in him; be direct. Don't play games.

Well dont try to talk about scabs and pretending that you like guys stuff unless you do lol Thats the last thing they want to hear from you, trust i know from experience,anyway,flirt with them a little but not to much or they might start to get scared of you. Make eye contact and hope for the best!

try smiling at them or holding their gaze for a while that usually works and if it doesn't then you could always approach them guys seem to like that.
