The most weight I ever lost was 60 pounds right before I got married. It took about 6 months. I went to a weight loss center, with individual counseling. The protien shakes inbetween meals really helped. Average loss was about 2-3 pounds per week. lots of water too to keep your system flushed out. No processed foods. I never exercised either. I think weight watchers sucks but doesn't teach you to change your ways. Hope this helps.
