It depends on a lot of factors, but I would recomend 2-4 liters a day of the stuff. You can drink too much water, but you almost have to be trying.

you should drink 8 glasses of water daily. it will help keep you hydrated and have more energy. well so im told. i do it all the time but all it makes me do is want to use the restroom.lol...but anyways it does keeep you hydrated and gives you more energy.

well they recommend 8 eight ounce glasses daily, but I say you need to drink as much as you can.
Also if you drink like 21 liters or something like that, they say it will kill you, but you dont have to worry about that because no normal person would drink 21 liters in one day.
