Arthritus, tendinitus, or carpal tunnel (sp)
It usually flares up after prolonged video gaming, typing, or writting. My wrist get sore and a little swollen. My hands do not go numb, but the pain sometimes shoots up into my fingers. It hurts to bend my wrist in any direction.Tensor bandages seem to help, as they keep my wrists from bending.

My doctor suspects carpal tunnel, but she just advised me to ease up on the games and computer and what not if I feel it coming on because the only treatment is surgury.

She also gave me wrists braces with the metal deelie in them

you really need to go see a Doctor before it gets so painful that you can not use your hand
the Doctor can really help you out here

It sounds like Carpal Tunnel. Go to a doc, and get it checked out.

muscle spasms, put a magnet from fridge on it.
