Easy.
Wake up and run every single morning for the first 7 days. You will lose at least 5 lbs. In additon to this do cardio/strength training workouts 4 times/wk. The cardio will take care of 10 lbs.
Take a break form running for 1 day. Continue to run 4 days in a row and break 1 day. Do not eat ANY fast food. That will take care of at least 5 lbs...maybe more if you have been eating a lot fo fast food. Done.
Remember, that the running will be difficult. Alternating btwn running and walking is acceptable. You only need to do this for 15 minutes. The morning running is in addition to your 4xweekly workouts. Also, the workouts will stimulate your appetite, so expect to eat a little more than usual, at first. Don't worry about the calories, as long as it's healthy non-processed food.

For those who say it can't be done: the difference btwn 232 and 212 is less than 10%. It's a very small amount.

First off, by settin unrealistic expectations for your self you are setting yourself up to fall. If you really wait to lose weight then I am guess that you want to get down below more then 212 so you need to make a long term commitment to lose weight. I recommend a lower carb program (based on the glycimic index) but a lot of people have good long term success with Weight Watchers. The point is you need to eat healthy and exercise. Losing weight is like quiting drugs or being an alcoholic. You need to break the addiction and if you fall of the wagon you will lose all you have accompliced.

To reduce 20 pounds in 30days , you need to lose 2 pounds every 3 days. one pound comes from 3500 calories.

That is every 3 days you have to create a deficit of 7000 calories by eating less or exercising.

your deficit calories every day is 7000/3 is 2333 calories.

your daily intake of food should be AMR - 2333.

Please make sure your food intake has vitamins, minerals, 20% of protein, 25% of fat and 55% of carbs.

30 days is too close target. You might end up eating nothing at all. give it 90days , you can do it.

I've lost 5 kilos in my first week. It's my 10th day and I have included salad with some protein (eg. egg/ lean chicken) as you suggested. After 4 years of trying, the fat is finally coming off. It truly feels like magic!

ummmmmmmm......losing almost 5 pounds a day is very unhealthy. you shouldnt even really experiment with that....i hope tat you aren't doing to for something silly..like to fit into a dress or something :S
i advocate more healthy eating and doing it the healthy way...in a month, you should realistically be able to lose about 1.5 lbs/week...so you might be able to lose 8 lbs..but never 20.
run a lot and eat veggies

its really tought too but plzzzzz take my advice join weigth watchers they rly get you goin i lost 19 pounds in 1 month but if i tried harder i'd lose more they give you the right amount of points and you eat good too!!
