I use the "True Ceramic Pro" hair straightner. It was advertised that it would help keep your hair healthy and I think it really is doing just that! My hair really is a lot softer and a lot less frizzy!
I still like to use this liquid stuff called Biosilk, which is really expensive, but (like it was advertised) is still really good for my hair and also helps keep it healthy. I think it helps.

Wet2Straight!!! It has ceramic plates so they don't damage your hair as much. You can also control the heat. There's a digital screen on it that lets you pick the temp. You can even straighten WET hair to minimize blowdrying. :)

you should try using a ceramic flat iron you should use this because they come in all sizes and you can straighten and curl you hair with them. Try putting do growth in your hair to help it grow and get heaalthy. I use this and my hair is really progressing. If you want dye in your hair you should put a rinse in it because it will come out as you wash your hair.

I dont know that is sort of a hard one I would have to day it would be fine to use a flattner if you use mostierizing shampoo
