Weight Watchers is the BEST ,just look at Sarah Ferguson the Duchess of York she looks fantastic and she lost weight with Weight Watchers. My aunt lost 35 pounds and ate well she used the point system .

Me too, lets see what answers you get. Im almost 300 lbs and Im 5'2''. The weight for my height is 115. So Im double my weight. I find that Im greedy. I eat just cuz I know its there. I dont even hafta be hungry. Sometimes I contemplate suicide.

Try not to eat greasy or fried foods. Get broiled chicken and avoid greasy tacos. Pick fruit instead.
Do maybe 25 crucnches, 25 push-ups, and jog a mile everyday.
You can do it!!!

watch your portion sizes sweetie and exercise. drink a glass of water before your meals and after wouldn't hurt either. cut out the junk food. eat fruit or raw vegetables like carrots or celery. the main thing is you want to be healthy and to do it in a sensible manner. good luck sweetie.

Work out and watch what you eat. Drink lots of WATER. Remember, water in water out. Honestly. This can work. But you have to make it a daily choice. Remember also that you are WORTH IT! You can do it and don't let anyone drag you down.

eat veggies. fish. chicken.
exercise 6 days a week. ( running 30-40 minutes a day, light weight lifting biceps/triceps/chest/legs/shoulder/back. )
you will not only lose fat, but will gain muscle if you exercise daily.
