Men and women alike do get wisdom teeth. However, not everyone will have all of their teeth ( I only have 3 ). Some may never come in...my top 2 are very high in the bone and they will never erupt into the mouth and this is fine. Some people will have all of their 3rd molars erupt and have no problems with them and some will have to have them removed. There are really no set rules for wisdom teeth.
Just for fun...it has been theorized upon that wayyyyy back when before we evolved that wisdom were actually a fully functioning set of teeth for cavemen and so on. Usually their 1st and 2nd molars didn't make it through their lifespan..so the wisdom teeth were there..perhaps even present in the full dentition. Since we have evolved and are no longer as big as our long lost relatives before us our mouths have become smaller and there you have some of the problems some people have accomadating a 3rd molar.

I'm a youngster, and i had my wisdom teeth removed when I was about 12-13. I was under laughing gas which pretty much did nothing. I lie down awake while they took them out and was mildly afraid. When you recover, eat a lot of jello. DON'T B SCARED. I'm not going to lie, it sucks a bit, but you should be glad you are going to be unconscious. The surgery is only in your mouth, and it is a procedure that is done thousands and thousands of times every day. Most surgeons have done it more times than can be counted on 30 hands and toes. You are probably in good hands. I had my tonsils removed which are in my throat (more risk of problems). I had them removed, its been a few years, I'm fine now, and so are many others i know who have had the surgery. You will be fine, just relax and have a nice nap while they do the surgery.

You'd never know it by the way some of them act, but yes, men get wisdom teeth.

Yes, and if they are hurting, go see a dentist. Mine grew in side ways where the top of the tooth pressed in against the side of the back molar, and the pressure that resulted from the wisdom teeth trying to grow in, cracked every tooth on the bottom row before I had them removed. Also, they can cause abscesses, or infections in the root nerve cavity.

Hope this helps.

Yes, but not all men. Just like not all women do. You either have them or you don't. Most people do, but gender doesn't influence it at all, and neither does race.

I wouldnt know why we wouldnt. As for that smart remark from what I believe as a woman about how we act.....women can be just as unwise as men.
