Well that is pretty rare, I think it was a little paragraph in my psychology text book in college. It is a form of autism so it is to do with social interaction. Aparently it isn't as noticable as traditional autism (like we think or anyway, ie rainman). The people are pretty normal except when it comes to relationships and they can be obsessive like in other forms of Autism.

I don't think you can cure it. They still aren't sure what cases it but they can treat the behaviour symptoms with therapy.
