Some people say it's muscle because I play soccer and do taekwondo, but I think differently and want to lose some of the fat from my thighs. What should I do to lose it?? I do taekwondo Monday- Saturday and ride the bike and swim (to get ready for a triatholon) on Sundays. I'm not the healthiest eater so what else can I do??
