You can try this at Ruby Tuesdays if its in your area....I liked it so much I got the recipe.
6 Cups chicken stock
1 pound great northern white beans, soaked over night
2 medium spanish onions, sliced
6 cups, diced cooked chicken
2 jalapenas, minced
2 minced chili peppers
1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon oregano
2 teaspoon of cumin
teaspoon of cayanne
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp veg oil
salt and pepper
Simmer the beans with half the onions and half the garlic in stock for 2 hours or until the beans are soft. Saute the rest of the garlic and onions and peppers and spices in oil. Add to the soup and simmer for another hour. They put jack cheese on the top of thiers. You can also try shredding the chicken before you cook with it if you don't want chunks.
This is really really good chili.

Here is an easy recipe and it's tasty too.
4 chicken breasts cooked and shredded
2 cans northern beans
1 cup salsa
8 cups chicken broth
1/2 tsp of cumin
dash hot cayenne
Combine all ingredients and warm through.
top with cheese, a bit of sour cream and chopped cilantro.
It's more of a pink but it's really good.
To make the chicken I put it in a crockpot, sprinkle the chicken with taco seasoning and cover with salsa. I cook on low for 6 hours. It's so flavorful and shreds very easily.

No, probably not. I made one up with 1 pound of ground turkey, a can of diced green chiles, and 2 cans of Great Northern Beans once, but it didn't taste good and I didn't like the consistency of boiled ground turkey.
