I've never heard of Beef O'Brady's before, but from a nutritionist point of view, the break down would be as follows:
2 slice rye bread = 80 calories per slice (there probably not normal size slices, so I would give it 100 a piece.
saurkraut = 1 vegetable or 25 calories
thousand island dressing 4 Tbsp = 220 calories (per the bottle in my fridge.
swiss cheese 1 slice = 80 calories
corn beef = 80 calories per ounce, assuming there are 3 ounces, the size of a deck of cards equals 240
So for the whole sandwich your looking at approximately 745 calories. Bet it was good though.

Well, from some brief research I found that a plain corned beef sandwich has 268.33 calories and total fat 9.94g, so take that into consideration and add the calories and fat from the cheese, bread and dressing...seems to me that this would be a pretty unhealthy sandwich especially if they use butter on the bread to grill it. I am sure there are ways to decrease the calories, but restaurants usually don't cut corners.

Every sandwich could be different depending upon what they add, etc. It really can't be answered so generically. Ask Beef O'Brady's for a nutritional guide to their food, by law they have to provide it. Keep it mind it may very, some are made more generously than others.
