I've tried tranlators but they are not good enough can someone please help me and find out how to say:

It is over (as in done!!)

It is over : c'est la fin / c'est fini / c'est terminé

another possibility ( not to be written in essays ) : les carottes sont cuites ( carrots are cooked so it means it is finished )


located in : if you want to say a country then what was said before is correct. But if it is a town then you'll have to use : (se) situer à / se trouver à

La Tour Eiffel se trouve à Paris but La Tour Eiffel se trouve en France. So it depends on the place.

I'd say :
c'est fini
situé en (+ country name) OR se trouve en (+ country name)
for example : Paris se trouve en France
