What position does ur dr make u assume for these?

He should get you to role onto your side. However there is no need to feel embarrassed because he will only expose enough of your buttock to be able to get a good area for the injection site. Yhere is something you can do to make access easier though. You could wear some clothing that will make it easier for the doctor to get to that area,ie no tight fitting jeans, etc. good luck!

The nurse usually makes me pull everything down and bend over for my shots. It is embarrassing but nowhere near so much as my childhood and particularly adolescent humiliation when I had to bend over the receptionist's lap for penicillin and booster shots.

simple, really only 2 types

1st one (the most common)- simply lean against the exam table and look at the ceiling

2nd on (less common)- having the man/woman lay on the table on his/her side, then pulling one leg up towards their chest....
