he prob really likes you, and's afraid 2 talk 2 you. If he started talking 2 you, it doesn't mean he's just staring.

Not neccesarily. Its too broad to say what it could possibly mean, either he likes you, or just weird, but those can even be defined in various ways so just wait it out. pay attention to his converstation. then you'll be able to see his angle.
