I just came back from Hawaii. I stayed there 12 days, and they were the best days in my life, I think. I had the best vacation ever there.

Last Year I went to Mytrle Beach S.C
It was Awsome our hotel was great and the veiw was beautiful.
The water was great, Except for the sting rays i got stung twice on the back of the leg. Some were getting stung in the face. But if you go Be careful that there hasnt just been a storm b/c that will bring in Jellyfish and sting ray! just as heads up!

2 weeks in Laos whilst on a 9 month RTW adventure. Laos is simply stunning. I found myself lost in the beauty of the landscape, the food and especially the people. There is a lot to do and a lot of nothing to do as well, so take your pick. You can go tubing, trekking, temple-hopping, etc., or you could do what most people in Laos decide to do, and that is to lay in a hammock by the Mekong River whilst the sun sets, a good book in one hand and a glass of Beer Lao in the other. I've been all over the world and believe me when I say that there is no place like Laos!

I have had several great vacations but I think my best was a trip to Dubai with my now husband. We went through the desert to Al Ain, ate at some of the fancy hotels, shopped, when on a Dhow dinner cruise and went to Wild Wadi.
Another good trip was Costa del Sol, Spain. Nice beach resorts and you can see Gibralter, Seville and Morroco from there.

Two weeks in California when I turned 30. Started in San Diego and ended in San Francisco. A friend and I rented a white Mustang convertible; definitely the way to go!

Costa Rica.....Cloud Forests, canopy tours, jungle hikes, waterfalls, hot springs. Go to Monteverde Cloud Forest, check out the Osa Penninsula (Corcovado), also the Carribbean side check out Puerto Viejo and Punta Uva.

kma that was my answer only we went from S.F to San Diego it was great and our best stop was in Carmel Ca at a cute little resort spa there. it was so fun and a beautiful drive too

I took a course on Damascus pattern welding knife blades with a master blade-smith. That is my idea of a great vacation.
