Stir fry your chicken with the red peppers and onions. Or, make your chicken however you want, and serve the sliced up red peppers on the side w ranch dressing or atop your salad.
Even a sweet and sour sauce w/ red peppers and your chicken would be good....I can almost taste it!!

Saute the red pepper in a little oil until tender. Add them to your chicken breasts and pilaf. Oh, and a secret trick to spice up your chicken breasts all the way through: put your seasonings in a large ziplock bag, add a little oil and water, or beer or wine. Leave the end of the bag open and beat the chicken thin with a rolling pin. (This incorporates the spices all the way through the chicken). Only do about two breasts at a time, otherwise the stuff will come out of the bag, and try to keep the chicken in the center of the bag. (If you flatten the chicken while it is at the edge of the bag, the bag will usually break). Enjoy!
