Is there a way to put the static cling back on window clings?

The kind that are used to decorate windows.

Wash them when you do your dishes (not in the dishwasher). This will remove the dirt that has accumulated and "refresh" the cling.

clean them with vinegar and papertowels just like you would windows, this takes off the build up they accumulate especially if they have been stored then clean and dry your windows as well before rehanging
to recharge so to speak... blow up a ballon and rub it all over the window cling as if it were someone's head...don't laugh it works!
if it isn't cold weather you can also use a little water sprayed onto the window then place cling and squeegie into place after you have cleaned it and the window
